Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our confirmation statement service.
Our service
We prepare and file confirmation statements (CS01) with Companies House on your behalf. Services are provided by Accotax London Ltd (trading as File Confirmation Statement).
Prices
Online Filing is £100 + VAT (£120 total) and Assisted Filing is £120 + VAT (£144 total). Both include the Companies House filing fee. Prices may change, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
Turnaround
We aim to file within 2 working days of receiving payment and complete, accurate information. Filing times depend on information being supplied promptly. Acceptance is decided by Companies House.
Your responsibilities
You must give us accurate, complete information and confirm that it is correct. You remain responsible for your company’s statutory filings and deadlines.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before we have started work we will refund you in full. Once we have filed your confirmation statement at your request the service is complete and cannot be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you or by delays outside our control. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
