How it works
From order to filed in 2 working days
1. Pay online
Choose Online Filing and pay £100 + VAT by card. It takes about two minutes.
2. Confirm your details
Tell us your company name and any changes – SIC code, shareholders, officers or PSCs.
3. We file with Companies House
We prepare and file your confirmation statement within 2 working days and email you the confirmation.
What we need from you
Your company name, plus details of any changes since your last filing: registered office, directors and secretaries, shareholders and share capital, people with significant control and SIC codes.
What happens next
We prepare your CS01, check it against the Companies House record and file it. You receive an email once Companies House accepts it. If we spot anything that does not look right, we contact you before filing.
