What happens after I pay?
We receive your order and details, prepare your confirmation statement and file it with Companies House within 2 working days. You will get an email once it has been accepted.
Is the Companies House fee included?
Yes. The £50 Companies House filing fee is included in the £100 + VAT price.
What do I need to have ready?
Your company name, plus details of any changes to officers, shareholders, PSCs, SIC codes or your registered office.
Can I change my SIC code in the same order?
If your SIC codes need to change, tell us in the order form notes or request a quote and we will confirm any extra cost before we file.
