How we use it
To provide and file your confirmation statement, respond to enquiries, take payment, meet legal and accounting obligations and keep our website secure. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
Companies House (to file your statement), our payment processor, our website, email and form providers, and professional advisers where needed. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or request a copy. Email hello@fileconfirmationstatement.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
