Use the Companies House online search to find the registration office address of a company. This service is available through Companies House, HMRC, and other government agencies. Just type in the name of the company on the “Search the register” page of the Companies House service to find the listed address you need. Below the name of the company will be its listed office address. If you click on the business name, you can also see other information about the company that is open to the public, such as:
- Who is in charge?
- What is their address?
- List of the names of all the shareholders (PSC).
- Company records were filed.
- Statements of confirmation
- Things that businesses do
You can see every registered office address a business has by clicking on the “Filing history” tab in its entry. This link will show you all the documents the business has filed since it was founded, including any information about changes to its registered office.
